Job summary

Operose Health is seeking Bank Practice Nurses to support London practices, delivering safe, patient-centered care across the network. The role involves contributing to CQC outcomes, clinical governance, and continuity of care during absences.

Ideal candidates are UK-registered nurses with post-registration experience, including cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a solid understanding of the QOF framework to drive high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • UK registered nurse with substantial post-registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with the GP practice team to meet patient needs and deliver quality care.

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

What we look for in new colleagues:

  • UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
  • Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
