Job summary

Operose Health is seeking Bank Practice Nurses to support practices across London with continuity of care during absences and annual leave. You will provide direct patient care, perform vaccinations, manage chronic conditions and evaluate care quality, while collaborating with the practice team to meet patient needs.

UK-registered nurses with experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations are preferred.

Qualifications

  • UK-registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensure policy/compliance. Collaborate with practice team to meet patient needs.
  • Provide care for presenting patients, manage chronic diseases, and evaluate care.

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
  • You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
What we look for in new colleagues:
  • UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
  • Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
