Job summary

Operose-Health is recruiting Bank Practice Nurses to support practices across England within our Bank division, providing continuity of care during patient absences.

The role involves direct patient care, treatment, chronic disease management, cervical cytology and baby immunisations, working with the GP team to follow practice policies and deliver high-quality care. This role offers a friendly environment with opportunities for ongoing clinical education and development.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of Quality Outcomes Framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensure policies are followed.
• Support continuity of care during periods of absence and annual leave.

We have opportunities for Practice Nurses to join England’s leading Primary Care Provider’s Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across Londonwith continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties will include:

The postholder will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care. Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations essential.

They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.
