Job summary

Spire Clare Park Hospital in Farnham is seeking a highly organised Physiotherapy Administrator to join the busy team on a bank basis. This front-facing role will be the first point of contact for patients and will provide essential administrative support to the department.

You will manage front desk enquiries, bookings in SAP, maintain patient records, and liaise with patients, consultants and insurers to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, reception, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, comfortable with SAP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries.
• Coordinate patient bookings and administration for inpatient and day-case services using SAP.
• Liaise with patients, consultants, insurers, and pre-authorisation teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
• Ensure data protection, confidentiality, and medical coding standards.
• Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service.
