Job summary

Agincare is a family-owned UK-based care provider inviting a Bank Night Senior Care Assistant to join their Weymouth team. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents, supporting their dignity and independence.

You will administer medications, contribute to and review care plans, and lead activities while guiding team members during night shifts. The role includes night hours (8pm–8am) and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
