Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Bank Care Assistant Nights at The Coombs in The Gorse, Coleford GL16 8QE. £12.91 per hour, with on-demand pay and a refer-a-friend scheme. Fully funded training up to QCF level 5 and a company pension scheme are offered.

Responsibilities

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement.
• Personal care - supporting with a wash, bath or shower and assisting with dressing and oral care.
• Medication - prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals - supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - supporting the client to live independently with mobility.
• Social activities - trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
