Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for night shifts at The Coombs Care Home in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, medication support, meals, and mobility to help residents stay independent and safe.

You will join a family-run care provider with a large network of homes across England. The position offers ongoing training, career development, and a contributory pension.

Competenze

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• This is a bank position so you must be flexible to work day and weekend shifts as and when required

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care - supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
• Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
• Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
