About Ashwood:

Our Shireliving Extra Care services provide homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security, and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Our vibrant communities within ShireLiving thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported. At Ashwood, we have 61 apartments housing tenants with varying needs.

Role Overview:

Joining our team at Ashwood, rated ‘Good’ by CQC, means playing a vital role in promoting inclusivity, individuality, and independence by respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.

We are looking for individuals who:
