An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in Congleton, Cheshire. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Key Duties include:

• Promote well-being and provide high-quality care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, support with hygiene, outings, and companionship.
• Encourage independence and support residents with routines and activities.
• Maintain accurate records.
