Qualifications

• Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy required.
• Current and valid HCPC registration required.
• Current registration with a professional body (e.g. CSP) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assess service user needs to optimise independence and physical function.
• Devising a formal physiotherapy plan for families and carers.
• Promote choice and review to enhance patient experience and raise concerns as needed.
• Liaise with other health and social care professionals and volunteers in plan delivery.
