Job summary

Powys Teaching Health Board in Knighton is recruiting Bank Domestic Assistants to support hotel services with cleaning and domestic tasks. You will help maintain a clean and safe hospital environment for patients, staff and visitors, both in teams and independently as training allows.

A flexible, self-motivated approach is essential for success. Full training will be provided; prior experience is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and adaptable to varying duties.
• Team collaboration and joint work with colleagues and clinical teams.
• Ability to work on own initiative and follow training.

• Clean and provide domestic support for the hospital environment.

This is a Bank position only, We are looking to recruit Hotel Services Domestic Assistants in Knighton. Our team of Domestic Assistants play a crucial part in the cleaning and domestic support side of the Hospital, assisting our Clinical teams by providing a clean and safe working environment for our Patients, Staff and Visitors. You will support the local delivery of hotel services domestic and associated facilities activities, ensuring that they are delivered at the levels agreed and that they meet with full compliance with all appropriate legislation and local policies and procedures. You will need to be self-motivated, have a flexible approach to work, be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
