Job summary

Shaw Healthcare’s Trenewydd is seeking a chef to prepare, cook and serve fresh, high-quality meals for residents. You will plan varied, nutritious menus that cater for dietary, cultural and individual preferences and support celebrations and themed events.

You will order stock within budget using approved suppliers, maintain HACCP-compliant food safety records and ensure high standards of cleanliness. You will lead, motivate and support catering team members to deliver exceptional care each day.
