We are looking for reliable and dependable supplementary staff in the field of Registered Child Nursing, who are good team workers and who are able to provide a high standard of patient-centred care, be kind, caring, professional, flexible and reliable. If this is you, then you may be a suitable candidate for the Staff Bank.
All Staff Bank roles are to cover temporary shortages across NHS Tayside. Work is allocated on an "as and when required basis" with different shift patterns available to suit flexible working. There are no guarantees of a fixed number of hours each week as this is a demand led service.
The staff bank centrally co-ordinates bank shifts for all nursing and midwifery services across NHS Tayside through an electronic booking system allowing bank workers to view and book their shifts through a computer or mobile device.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check than is currently the case. If the post is assessed as a "regulated role", your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
