The Fed (Federation of Jewish Services) in Manchester is seeking caring staff for day and night shifts, including weekends. Qualifications

• DBS disclosure and 2 references are required.

• Willingness to learn and maintain training.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to relatives/carers, acting as a Key Worker to residents.
• Assist with personal care tasks including toilet, shower/bath, oral hygiene, mealtimes and mobility.
• Observe, report and record changes in residents' physical and psychological wellbeing.
• Support residents in social activities and encourage independence.
• Demonstrate empathy for residents' needs and maintain dignity.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with team members across the home.
