Shawside Care Village, part of Bloomcare, is recruiting Bank Care Assistants to support a modern EMI-focused care home in Oldham. You will join a compassionate team delivering person-centred care to residents with dementia, building trust with families and staff.

Role offers flexible day/night shifts in a bank contract, with a pay rate of £12.80 per hour. Training, DBS, annual leave, and perks support a rewarding, stable caring career.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in dementia/ EMI settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity and independence.
• Comfort with supporting residents who may display challenging behaviours.

• Provide continuity of care and cover as part of the bank team.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Support residents with dementia to promote comfort and wellbeing.
