Job summary

Together Trust is seeking Bank Community Support Workers to cover various adult community settings across Greater Manchester. You will support adults with disabilities or complex health needs, helping them live independently and participate in learning, work and social activities.

The role offers flexible hours with a wage of £13.45 per hour and potential additional sleep-in payments. DBS checks are part of the recruitment process, and training is provided to get you ready to support our service

Qualifications

• Complete the full training induction programme.
• Receive constant support while working within residential homes.
• Be flexible in your working week and commit to Together Trust values.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to adults with disabilities in residential or day settings.
• Help adults develop confidence, self-esteem and essential life skills.
• Assist permanent staff and perform personal care when required.
