Job summary

Shear Meadow is a community residential home in the UK seeking Bank Support Workers to cover annual leave, sickness, and training needs. The role offers an hourly rate with a holiday allowance, plus flexible shifts to suit availability.

You will support adults with learning disabilities by providing physical and emotional care, learning about individual needs, and assisting with welfare and medical requirements while keeping a safe, clean environment. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
