Job summary

Agincare's Gorseway Nursing Home is looking for a caring Care Assistant to join the care home team. You will provide high-quality personal care, support residents with daily routines and help with medications while building companionship and meaningful activities.

The rota includes day and night shifts with an option for bank cover. We offer fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-Friend scheme up to £1,000, pension, Blue Light Card discounts and on-demand pay.

Job description

A Care Assistant post in the care home team at Agincare's Gorseway Nursing Home, run on a rota with bank cover also offered. The work centres on personal care, helping residents with daily routines, assisting with medication and building companionship through activities. The rota mixes day and night shifts with alternate weekends, while the bank option requires previous care home experience. Candidates need at least 12 months' right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
