Community Case Management is seeking an experienced bank Support Worker for a 52-year-old lady with an acquired brain injury living in the Stourbridge area. You will assist with care and support in her home and accompany her into the community, aligning with her interests in nature, Yoga, mindfulness and arts and crafts.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial
• Full induction provided
• Must be able to drive and transport client when required
• Positive, proactive and patient approach to care tasks
• Able to work in a home care environment

Responsibilities

• Support the client with daily care and personal needs
• Assist with OT/Physiotherapy programmes as advised
• Take client out into the community for activities
• Attend night or day shifts on a flexible basis
• Provide reliable, compassionate care and reporting to supervisors
