Community Case Management is seeking an experienced bank Support Worker for a 52-year-old lady with an acquired brain injury living in the Stourbridge area. You will assist with care and support in her home and accompany her into the community, aligning with her interests in nature, Yoga, mindfulness and arts and crafts.

We are looking for an experienced *Female bank Support Worker for our client, a 52-year-old lady who has an acquired brain injury living in the Stourbridge area.
You will be supporting her with her care and support needs in her home and taking her out in the community. It is essential that you share some of our client’s interest in nature, yoga, crystals, meditation, mindfulness, ballet and arts and crafts.
Our client seeks someone who is passionate, enthusiastic, well organised with a positive attitude, flexible and patient.
This role includes supporting with her OT /Physio therapy programmes and taking her into the community. You need to be a driver.

Working hours:
This is a bank position. A full induction is provided.
This post is a mix of 1-1/ 2-1 care and 1-1 care at night.
We are looking for bank staff to cover day shifts and or night shifts to cover sicknessand annual leave. We will have a good range of shifts to pick up regularly
The shift pattern is 7am-7pm and 7pm -7am with a mixture seven hour shifts asrequired to meet /suit the client’s needs as a 2-1 shift.
Rates of Pay
Weekdays: £15.00 per hour (Rising to £16.00 per hour after completion of successful
probation period)
Weekends: £16.00 per hour (Rising to £18.00 per hour after completion of successful
probation period)
