We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide flexible, ad hoc shifts across days and nights at our Atherton service. You will support adults with complex health needs, including acquired brain injuries, delivering care that is personal, respectful and aligned with individual care plans.

As a Bank employee you choose shifts, gain valuable experience, and contribute to a caring community. Prior care experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in care to hit the ground running.

• Follow the Service Manager guidance and safeguarding procedures.
