Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Middlefield House, Gainsborough. The role offers flexible shifts across a 7-day week from 8am to 8pm, with training provided and a fully funded DBS.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior care experience is desirable but training is provided.
• Patience and empathy when supporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Help with day-to-day activities such as personal care and recreation.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and daily routines.
