Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking compassionate Bank Support Workers (Drivers Preferred) to provide flexible cover across Swansea and Burry Port. You will travel between locations to cover sickness and annual leave, with day and night shifts on a zero-hours basis.

Role supports clients with complex needs in their own homes. The role offers full training, pension access, and opportunities to join a specialist care team with ongoing support from a Care Manager.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required
• Flexible ad-hoc bank role capable of day and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with personal care and medication administration
• Assist with moving and handling and shopping
• Provide short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages and support new packages when needed
