Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is recruiting a Bank Support Worker for Cartref Care Home in Hay-on-Wye, Hereford HR3 5PJ. Salary is £13.67 per hour on a Bank 0 Hour contract with shifts as/when needed.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with bathing and dressing, maintain accurate care records, promote dignity and inclusion, and work with colleagues to create a safe, caring environment in a dementia-focused setting. No prior experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Assisting with bathing and dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
