Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Burleys Wood, a modern care home just outside Crawley. The role covers bank, zero hours shifts with 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00 schedules, and involves promoting physical and emotional support to residents with dementia and frailty.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
