Job summary

Shaw Healthcare Llwyn Teg in Llanfyllin, Powys, is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care to our residents. The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, maintaining dignity and safety, and working closely with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
