Job summary

Brendoncare in Froxfield, Wiltshire, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in our not-for-profit care homes. No prior care experience required; training provided.

Shifts include days and nights with a 10% uplift on nights and weekends; hourly pay starts at £13.38, rising to £13.72 with NVQ2. Benefits include a free meal, DBS, Blue Light Card, and EAP.

• Provide compassionate care to residents and support daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and a warm, respectful approach to residents.

• An additional 10% will be paid for night shifts and weekend shifts as a premium uplift.

The pay and benefits

We have vacancies on days and nights, and pay a starting salary of £13.38 per hour. If you hold an NVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or achieve this with us, we will increase this to £13.72 per hour. Full time and part time arrangements are available.
