Job summary

Agincare Group in Bournemouth invites applications for a Care Assistant role at our Dorset locations. You will join a team delivering personal care, daily living support and social engagement for residents in a warm, compassionate setting.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Refer-a-Friend bonus, £12.76 per hour, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension, and on-demand pay. Sponsorship is not available; shifts include day, night and weekends.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care and support.
• Administer and record medication.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Support activities and social engagement.
• Promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Deliver person-centred care as part of a team.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Bank Care Assistant to have the availability to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required - this is a zero hour contract
• Previous care experience is required for this role
