Job summary

Agincare Group in High Wycombe is seeking a friendly Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents. No prior care experience is required as full training is funded, with clear progression paths and supportive colleagues.

You’ll join a dedicated team delivering compassionate daily care, helping with activities, meals, and mobility while building rewarding relationships with residents and families. Bank contracts offer flexible hours and steady opportunities.

The role of a Care Assistant:
