Job summary

Agincare Group in Verwood is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at Waterloo Care Home to provide person-centred support, help residents with daily living, medication administration, and social engagement. You’ll join a team that values dignity, independence, and compassionate care.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, day and night shifts, a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, and benefits including pension and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Must be kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Experience in care/homecare or similar setting preferred.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
• Willingness to work 42 hours/week 8am–8pm (alternate weekends) or 36 hours/night shifts for Night Care Assistant.

• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.

What you will be doing:

What you’ll bring:

• Bank Care Assistant for this role you are required to have the flexibility to work day shifts, nights shifts and alternative weekends as and when required
• For these roles you are required to have experience working within a care home
• Local areas close to Waterloo care home: Ringwood, Ferndown, Verwood, West Moors, Colehill and Parley
