Job description

To work as part of the Musculoskeletal Team, providing an efficient, responsive and professional administrative and reception service. The postholder will support the day-to-day running of the service, including managing appointments, processing referrals, correspondence, records, enquiries and general office duties, while maintaining confidentiality and data security. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the confidence to liaise with patients and a wide range of healthcare professionals.
