Job Title: Locum Therapy Assistant

Banding: 3

Location: London

Start: ASAP

Duration: Full time

Rate: £14–£16 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Locum Therapy Assistant to join our team in London. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and support to patients. You will work in a dynamic environment, assisting with various therapeutic activities and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the rehabilitation of patients in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurotrauma.
  • Work with patients on joint exercises, functional tasks, and independent exercises.
  • Manage equipment and splinting, ensuring safe and effective use of therapeutic tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurotrauma.
  • Ability to work with patients on joint exercises and functional tasks.
  • Proficiency in managing equipment and splinting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
