Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Manual/Health & Safety role to support the Health and Safety team across hospital sites. You will provide expert advice on manual/patient handling, conduct risk assessments, and lead training to maintain compliance with safety standards.

You will deliver training, develop audits, and work with managers to promote a culture of safe practices across the Trust.

Formación

• Substantial experience of delivering manual/patient handling training in NHS settings.
• Experience auditing manual handling standards and practices.
• Knowledge of current manual handling risk management and legislation in NHS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice and support on manual handling issues for Trust staff, including risk assessments.
• Use the Trust Risk Management Database to interrogate incident data and identify trends.
• Develop compliance audits and deliver and evaluate manual handling training across sites.
• Work with managers to promote safe working practices and staff safety.
