Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Manual Handling Co Ordinator/Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on patient and non-patient manual handling to new and existing staff. The role includes six-hour induction sessions with two-hour refreshers and will involve practical use of slide sheets and hoists to ensure safe practice.

• Recognised qualification in manual handling training (patient handling)
• Experience in training development and delivery
• Experience in acute health care setting preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training including patient and non-patient manual handling to new and existing colleagues within the Trust
• Conduct six-hour induction and two-hour refresher sessions for patient manual handling using equipment such as slide sheets and hoists
• Support health and safety team with additional training topics when required
