Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Manual Handling Advisor to join our safety and learning team across London sites.

The postholder will provide expert advice on manual handling, deliver training, perform risk assessments, and support health and safety committees to promote safe working practices across the Trust. You will work with managers and staff to implement practical risk reduction plans and ensure training stays fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to Health and Safety team on manual handling.
• Use risk management data to identify trends and inform actions.
• Develop risk assessments and monitor their implementation.
• Deliver and evaluate manual handling training across the Trust.
