Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient speech and language therapy within the hyper acute stroke unit.
• Cover general medicine and surgery for acute services alongside stroke specialty.
• Apply expertise in acute dysphagia management to improve patient recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Support and liaise with the wider SLT team across hospital sites and community settings.
