Mental Health Matters (MHM) is seeking an administrative support role to work within the NHS Talking Therapies service. The post holder will handle a full range of admin tasks and ensure smooth operation of daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have solid numeracy and literacy skills, be confident, well-organised and precise in their work, with experience of scheduling and customer interactions. This role supports improving mental health services across the UK.
The post holder will work within the NHS Talking Therapies service and provide a full range of administrative support to the service. The ideal candidate will have good experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, alongside previous administration experience, including scheduling and working in a fast-paced environment.
On a daily basis, you will be dealing with clients both in person and via the telephone, so excellent communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will have a good level of education, with solid numeracy and literacy skills, and will be confident, organised and able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
