Cornish Bakery in Windermere is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and develop a bakery team while delivering outstanding service. You’ll lead shifts, coach staff to Brand Standards, and help operate the bakery, making excellent coffee and award-winning food as part of a values-driven team.
