Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and nourish the team while delivering outstanding service to customers. You will lead shifts, coach colleagues to meet brand standards, and prepare our acclaimed food and beverages with pride.

Join a bakery focused on quality, teamwork and customer experience. You’ll support daily operations alongside the Bakery Management Team and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
