Job summary

Cornish Bakery in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and train a friendly team across shifts, delivering outstanding service and maintaining brand standards.

You will coach colleagues, ensure customers enjoy great coffee and freshly prepared food, and support management to run the bakery smoothly. The role offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a welcoming team and opportunities to contribute to community-focused service.
