Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Harrogate is seeking a Team Leader to lead shifts and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service. You will train our staff to Brand Standards, craft excellent coffee and food, and support management to run the bakery.

We offer full-time or part-time hours, a supportive team, and attractive benefits including discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a busy retail or bakery environment.
• Ability to train and coach staff to Brand Standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
