Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Cornwall is seeking a Team Leader to guide shifts, inspire colleagues and maintain high standards of service across every customer touchpoint.

You will train and coach the team to Brand Standards, make the World's Best Coffee and help operate the bakery, ensuring the right people are in the right places to maximise sales.

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and training abilities with focus on standards.
