Lightbody’s of Hamilton is seeking an Advanced Team Lead to supervise and develop a high-performing shift team on our site in Hamilton. You will lead by example to deliver safe, high-quality products while driving throughput and efficiency on a 4on 4off, 07:00–19:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading or supervising teams on the shop floor.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop people.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP standards.
• Experience working to KPIs such as waste, yield, throughput, and quality.
• Strong communications skills across all levels.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of shift process adherence, leading your team to deliver high-quality products safely and efficiently.
• Drive performance against KPIs like waste, throughput, yield and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variation and embed best practice.
• Use Leader Standard Work and Short Interval Control to drive hourly and daily performance.
• Maintain GMP, Food Safety and Health & Safety standards site-wide and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support workforce planning, production planning and effective changeovers.
