Job summary

Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team in the UK. You will work with a hardworking crew, preparing fresh ingredients and selling high quality food while delivering excellent customer service. You will be trained to company standards with opportunities for progression.

The role offers a £13.00 hourly rate, a 39-hour week over 5 days, and potential for flexible hours. Apply if you have supervisory retail experience and a passion for food service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a small team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
• Receive and check daily deliveries.
• Assist with management of branch stock and produce.
• Maintain shop displays and product knowledge.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards.
• Lead the shop team and support the Shop Manager.
• Drive sales and manage shifts.
• Open or close the shop as needed.
