Wenzel’s is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales across the store. You will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold high hygiene and food safety standards.

• An experienced retail manager to oversee the daily operation of the shop.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of your own shop.
• Grow the business by increasing sales, controlling costs and delivering profit.
• Work towards KPIs including wage percentage, average sale, stock and energy targets.
• Lead, train and develop your team to high levels.
• Performance manage the team as required.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Open or close the shop when required.
• Handle cash, till operations and banking.
• Receive and check daily deliveries.
• Manage stock and displays.
• Maintain knowledge of products.
