Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy Margate-based food manufacturing site. The role is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods while performing repetitive tasks to maintain high hygiene and quality standards.

Starting as a temporary role with a view to permanent, the position offers full training and a pathway to a stable role within a growing company. Shifts run Monday-Thursday, with AM or PM options, in a fast-paced bakery/production environment.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and quality standards in food production.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Portioning and dividing products.
• Mixing ingredients by hand and using machinery.
• Preparing and shaping dough.
• Operating industrial ovens.
• Carrying out quality control checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic working environment.
