Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy Margate-based food manufacturing site. The role is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods while performing repetitive tasks to maintain high hygiene and quality standards.

Starting as a temporary role with a view to permanent, the position offers full training and a pathway to a stable role within a growing company. Shifts run Monday-Thursday, with AM or PM options, in a fast-paced bakery/production environment.

Days/Shift: Monday - Thursday ~ AM shifts 05:00 - 15:00 or Afternoon shifts 12:00 - 22:00

About the Role

HR GO are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a well-established and successful food manufacturing company based in Thanet.

This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced food production environment, so you'll need to be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

The role offers the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Experience

Previous food production experience in a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable. Experience within a bakery or food manufacturing setting would be particularly beneficial.
