Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a production operative in Mistley Heath for a temp-to-perm role within a leading food manufacturer. You will run production lines, assemble and pack goods, and ensure schedules are met on a fast-paced, rotating shift (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00).

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety directives, keeping the area tidy, completing paperwork accurately, and performing Food Safety Quality Checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.

You will be working for a leading manufacturer where you will be the driving force behind the production lines, ensuring our high-quality finished goods.

This is a fast-paced role and gives you opportunity to learn.

Your key tasks:

• Run production lines at optimum speed
• Assembly and packing of goods.
• Ensure schedules are met
• Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety directives and Food Regulations.
• Keep the production area clean and tidy
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and carry out timely Food Safety Quality Checks.

You will need:

• Essential.......
• Previous experience or strong knowledge of Food Manufacturing.
• The ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet time-critical deadlines

• A valid Reach Truck licence.
• Prior Manual Handling training.
• Basic computer skills.
