Responsibilities

• Oversee the baking process on the production line for loaf cakes, cake bars and flapjacks.
• Monitor product quality throughout the shift to ensure consistency and taste.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment according to guidelines to support efficient baking.
• Collaborate with team members; communicate production issues and improvements.
• Train others once trained and share best practices for safety and hygiene.
• Assist with mixing, baking, wrapping and transporting duties after training where required.
