Job summary

Staffline is hiring a Bakery/Production Operative for our client’s site in Clevedon, delivering UK-wide handmade cake gifts. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour and on-site parking. Training is provided, and overtime opportunities exist.

A transport option is recommended due to location. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role desirable, but training provided.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Able to follow food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run bakery machinery including baking products.
• Carry out metal detection checks.
• Accurately complete required paperwork.
• Prepare and pack product into boxes.
• Ensure workstations and floor areas are clean and tidy.
• Maintain a good working atmosphere in the team.
• Minimise and report any waste of packaging/products.

Staffline are looking for Bakery/Production Operative in

Clevedon.

The rate of pay is

£13.50 per hour.

This is a full time role, working

Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:

2pm to 10pm

Please note that the location is hard to get to without transport so our ideal candidate will have transport.

Your Time at Work

As a Bakery/Production Operative you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and running bakery machinery including baking products
• Carrying out metal detection checks
• Accurately completing required paperwork
• Preparing and packing product into boxes
• Ensuring workstations and floor areas are clean and tidy
• Maintain a good working atmosphere in the team
• Minimise and report any waste of packaging/products
